To create a SharePoint site template from an existing site, follow these steps:
Navigate to the site that you want to create a template from.
Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the page and select "Site Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Under the "Site Actions" section, click on "Save site as template."
Give the template a name and a description, and choose whether to include the content of the site in the template.
Click on "OK" to save the template.
Once the template has been created, it can be used to create new sites with the same structure and content. To create a new site from the template, go to the SharePoint site where you want to create the new site, and click on "Create site" in the top right corner of the page. From there, select "Custom" as the site template, and choose the template you created earlier from the list. Fill in the necessary details for the new site, and click on "Create" to create the site from the template.
